秋田大学手形キャンパスで2024年9月14日（土）～15日（日）に開催された「令和6 年度化学系学協会東北大会」の企業展示ブースで、女性をはじめとするダイバーシティ人材の岩手大学の研究職への応募増加を図るため、参加していた高専生、大学院生、教員、企業等、様々な方に本学の職場環境などを紹介、宣伝、情報交換をする「女性活躍・ダイバーシティ採用フェア」を実施しました。

　

Joint Meeting of the Tohoku Area Chemistry Societies, held at Akita University on September 14 and 15, 2024, was a great opportunity for us to set up a booth to introduce Iwate University’s work environment to the participants including technical college students, graduate students, professors, etc. We hope to increase more diverse people including women researchers on our campus.
