2023年9月4日（月）～6日（水）、東京都立大学南大沢キャンパスを会場とする日本機械学会2023年度年次大会の企業展示会場で、「女性活躍・ダイバーシティ採用フェア」のブースを出展しました。

　当日は、岩手大学名誉教授１名とダイバーシティ推進室員1名が、本学ブースに立ち寄ってくださった方々へ、本学の職場環境や女性研究者支援の取り組みを紹介しつつ、情報交換をしました。

　

We run an Iwate University Diversity Recruitment Fair booth at the Japan Society of Mechanical Engineers’s 2023 Annual Meeting held at Tokyo Metropolitan University’s Minami-Osawa Campus from September 4 until 6, 2023.

A Professor Emeritus and a staff member explained our work environment and various support programs for woman researchers to the participants who stopped by our booth, and exchanged various information with them.
