2023年5月13日（土）と14日（日）、札幌コンベンションセンターを会場とする第77回日本栄養・食糧学会大会の付設展示会で、「女性活躍・ダイバーシティ採用フェア」のブースを出展しました。当日は、ダイバーシティ推進室長と推進室員3名が、学会参加の学生や研究者の皆さんに資料を配布したり、本学ブースに立ち寄ってくださった方に、本学のインクルーシブな職場環境や研究者支援の取り組みを説明し、本学教員公募への応募を呼びかけました。

　

We had an opportunity to set up an Iwate University Diversity Recruitment Fair booth at Japan Society of Nutrition and Food Science Annual Meeting held in Sapporo on May 13 and 14, 2023. The director of Office for Equality and Diversity and three staff members distributed pamphlets to and explained our inclusive work environment and various support programs for woman researchers to promote graduate students and woman researchers to apply for positions at Iwate University.
