日本大学理工学部船橋キャンパスを会場とする日本化学会第104春季年会2024の付設展示会で、2024年3月18日（月）～20日（水祝）、「女性活躍・ダイバーシティ採用フェア」のブースを出展しました。
　当日は本学名誉教授2名とダイバーシティ推進室の2名が交代で、本学の職場環境や女性研究者支援の取り組みに関する資料の配布、質疑応答や情報交換などをしました。

We ran an Iwate University Diversity Recruitment Fair booth at the 104^th CSJ Annual Meeting (2024) held at Nihon University Funabashi Campus from March 18 (Mon) to 20 (Wed), 2024.
During the exhibition, two professors emeritus and two staff members took turns and distributed leaflets, introduced the university’s work environment and efforts to support woman researchers, answered questions, and exchanged information with those who visited our booth.
