2024年11月13日（水）～15日（金）、いわて県民情報センターアイーナで開催した「第65回高圧討論会」で、「女性活躍・ダイバーシティ採用フェア」を実施しました。本学が積極的に女性や若手などの人材採用であることをアピールするとともに、参加した研究者や学生の他、展示会に参加した他企業の方とも情報交換し、他大学や企業の状況も聞くことができました。

　

The 65th High Pressure Conference of Japan was held on November 13 to 15, 2024, at Iwate Prefecture Citizen’s Cultural Exchange Center Aiina. We participated in it to run a booth of our “women’s empowerment/diversity recruitment fair” and introduce that Iwate University is proactive to recruit female and young researchers. We exchanged information with the participating researchers and students, as well as with people from other companies who attended the exhibition, and learned the situations at other universities and companies and opinions of the participants.
