2023年8月24日（木）～26日（土）、京都女子大学を会場とする日本食品科学工学会第70回記念大会の付設展示会で、「女性活躍・ダイバーシティ採用フェア」のブースを出展しました。会期中、多くの女性大学院生や研究者の皆さんに、本学のインクルーシブな職場環境や研究者支援の取り組みを説明し、興味を持っていただきました。また、資料を配布し、本学教員公募への応募を呼びかけました。

　

We run a Diversity Recruitment Fair booth at the Japanese Society of Food Science and Technology (the 70th Anniversary Annual Meeting) at Kyoto Women’s University from August 24 to 26, 2023. We explained our university’s inclusive work environment and various support programs for woman researchers, and got many women attendees and participants interested. We also distributed pamphlets and call them to apply for positions at Iwate University.
