2025年9月9日（火）～10日（水）、東北大学川内北キャンパスで開催された「第67回天然有機化合物討論会」の企業展示会場でブースへ出展し、本学のワーク・ライフ・バランス支援や研究環境、採用情報、生活環境などを紹介しました。

　会場には、海外での研究留学も視野に入れた、研究職を目指す女子学生が想定よりも多かったことが印象的でした。今後、好きな研究にまい進する女性研究者がもっと増え、社会で活躍することを期待してます。

　

　On September 9 and 10, 2025, we participated in the corporate exhibition at the 67th Symposium on the Chemistry of Natural Products, held at Tohoku University’s Kawauchi-Kita Campus. At our booth, we introduced our university’s work–life balance support, research environment, recruitment information, and local living environment.

　What struck us was the number of female students pursuing research careers — more than we expected — and many of them were even considering research opportunities abroad. We look forward to seeing more women continue to follow the research they are passionate about and build successful careers in the future.
